OPTION TO JOIN VIRTUALLY
Many organizations spent recent years adapting to rapid political, economic, and cultural change. Departments merged. Roles evolved. Language shifted. And yet, cultural tension and social disparities continue to emerge both inside and outside of the organization... Because culture doesn’t live in a department, nor does it stop at the walls of the organization: cultures of belonging—where everyone flourishes—are co-created in reciprocal relationship between organizations and their communities.
So, what kind of community member is your organization becoming?
Applying a community psychology and living systems approach to organizational development, this interactive conversation explores how organizations are part of the living ecosystem of their communities, and how co-creating culture change is the next season of values-driven organizational citizenship. Through practical frameworks, peer consulting, and action planning, participants will leave with strategies for cultivating reciprocal flourishing.
