With roots in grassroots community organizing, international cultural exchange, community wellbeing and movements for racial, environmental and gender-based justice, their work integrates systems thinking, equity-centered practice, and relational approaches to culture and leadership development, helping organizations align values with practice and build conditions for collective flourishing.
